Adolescent Girls Investment Plan (AGIP) Updates
Read the first stage cross-country report published in time for International Youth Day. The report is based on the research study by Global Evidence as part of the Overseas Development Institute (GAGE-ODI) and draws from AGIP’s COVID-19 risks and opportunities for adolescent girls framework.
Endorse the open letter to ensure adolescent girls at the centre in Generation Equality accountability The purpose of the letter is to call on the Core Group, UN agencies and AC leaders and members to approach the adolescent girls’ actions within each of the 6 ACs as a holistic commitment to advance gender equality through girl-centered action and engaging men and boys to bring about real sustainable change. If you have any questions about the letter and/or AGIP, please get in touch with Nihal Said at nihal.said@plan-international.org.
The Adolescent Girls Investment Plan (AGIP) is a global partnership co-chaired by Plan International and Girls Not Brides and includes a group of civil society organisations, research institutions and foundations collaborating to drive evidence informed investments for adolescent girls’ action, policy and programming.
