FAQs for Handbook Ad Sponsors

Sponsoring a virtual Handbook Ad is a great way to promote your organization, group, or campaign and/or your Parallel Event at the NGO CSW67 Forum. Depending on the tier you purchase, you will be promoted on the NGO CSW67 Forum Virtual Platform and/or the Digital Handbook (see last year’s Handbook for an example). With our new and improved Virtual Platform, there are more options for Handbook Ads with a range of different price points.

Tier 1: Friend | $100 USD

  • Unique page on the NGO CSW67 Forum Virtual Portal where sponsors can manage and edit your logo, description, and content on your page. You can also upload videos, handouts, materials, and resources. Handbook Ad pages also also have a discussion feature where participants can engage with you and each other.

  • Exposure on agenda on mobile app

Tier 3: Supporter | $750 USD

Tier 4: Advocate | $1000 USD

Each Handbook Ad tier has a different fee.

  • Tier 1: Friend | $100 USD
  • Tier 2: Ally | $500 USD
  • Tier 3: Supporter | $750 USD
  • Tier 4: Advocate | $1000 USD

While both Exhibitors and Handbook Ad Sponsors have a unique page for their organization/group/campaign on the NGO CSW67 Forum Virtual Portal, Handbook Ads provide more exposure in different pages on the Virtual Portal. Depending on the Handbook Ad tier you purchase, you receive different levels of exposure during the Forum. See the table below for an overview of the different features available.

Applications will be reviewed, accepted, and uploaded to the NGO CSW67 Forum Virtual Portal on a rolling basis. Decisions are sent out within two weeks of applying. All final decisions will be sent out by Friday, 3 March 2023.

Upon acceptance, you will receive an email with more information about accessing your Booth on the Virtual Portal.

You can edit your Handbook Ad page via two ways:

  1. Click the dropdown menu at the top right of the screen with your profile photo and name. Click “Edit [Handbook Ad Sponsor name]”.
  2. Go to your Handbook Ad page by clicking the “Sponsors” tab under ‘Exhibitors & Sponsors’ in the main menu on the left side of the screen. Your Ad page will show an “Edit booth” button.

Participants can visit your virtual Handbook Ad by clicking  the “Sponsors” tab under ‘Exhibitors & Sponsors’ in the main menu on the left side of the screen. From there, they can see the list of virtual Handbook Ads and visit the different Ad pages.

Add events to your virtual Handbook Ad by adding a “Live product demo” when editing your page. (We know that this language is confusing and doesn’t align with typical NGO language, but unfortunately, it cannot be changed.) Input the title of the event, the link, and the schedule.

Like all virtual events during the Forum, Sponsors must use their own virtual meeting platform (e.g.- Zoom, Google Meets, etc.).

We encourage Sponsors to host as many events as they’d like in their ad page! However, please note that you can only list one event (aka “live product demo”) at a time on your ad page. If you are hosting more than one event on your page, we recommend:

  1. Replacing the event listing (“live product demo”) after the first event is over, and repeating the process with any additional events.
  2. Listing your events and their links in the description of your ad page.
  3. Uploading a PDF handout with the schedule and links of your ad events.

No, any events being hosted in your virtual Handbook Ad page will not be shown on the Agenda in the Virtual Portal. Participants must go directly to the virtual Handbook Ad page to join any sessions hosted in the page.

However, participants can RSVP for your Ad events and add them directly to their personal calendar through Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook Calendar. The event will also appear in their ‘My Agenda’ on the Virtual Portal.

No. Unfortunately, there can only be one representative assigned to a Handbook Ad page.

The graphic should be in png or jpeg format.

The specs should be 8 x 11 in or 1545 x 2000 px
