Follow-Up: Analyzing the Gains Made in the CSW66 Agreed Conclusions
Analyzing the Gains Made in the
CSW66 Agreed Conclusions
May Monthly Meeting
For the next few months, we are shifting the focus of our monthly meetings to address current CSW topics with other human rights and gender equality spaces. Our May Monthly Meeting built on our April Monthly Meeting which was a debrief of the outcome documents from the 66th session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW66). During our May meeting, we did a deep dive into the CSW66 Agreed Conclusions on the priority theme: Achieving gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls in the context of climate change, environmental and disaster risk reduction policies and programmes.
During the meeting, we heard from UN Women, the Advocacy & Research Group, and our sister NGO CSWs in the Regions. See the following resources below for an overview of what happened at the meeting.
Register for our June Monthly Meeting, the next and final event in this series, where we will discuss next steps for implementation of the Agreed Conclusions.
