Transformation through Inter-Connectedness: Generative Conflict

Join us for the third session of the Transformation through Inter-Connectedness series led by Mallika Dutt and part of our NGO CSW/NY Virtual Conversations. In this series of four sessions, we will renew ourselves as leaders on the frontlines of transformation for gender equality. We will explore and learn practices to create interconnected leadership that aligns self, community and movements to create sustainable change. Sessions will build on one another and give us the opportunity to explore how we can co-create a new paradigm based on care and well-being for all people and the planet.

This session will explore how our differences and multiple points of view can be shared to generate more possibilities and build deeper connection across our diverse identities. Practices will explore moving beyond fight/flight/freeze responses to conflict and listening for differences with curiosity and engagement to build deeper relationships across movements.
